How do you keep track of your bookmarks?

I don't know about you but i think there is nothing more time consuming and tedious than trying to keep track of bookmarks (favourites). Of course, they can be exported and imported and backed up, etc, but if you have never ever lost any bookmarks...well...probably you are the only one.
Or how many times did it happen that you bookmarked something at work and wanted to visit the same website from home only to realize that it's under your work computer's bookmarks.

There are many bookmarking tools, most of them are really good.
But most of them are too complicated to use and try to push all sorts of other services which i'm not interested in. I want to keep my bookmarks organized in one location under a web account so i can get to them anywhere. I want to keep it simple. I didn't find such an application. So i programmed one:)
